Kylie Jenner Saddles Up For Stella McCartney

Stella McCartney, Kylie Jenner and Gia Coppola have teamed up for the latest instalment of the house’s Icon Series. Directed by Coppola, the campaign places Jenner alongside a trained horse against the Pacific Ocean, presenting the brand’s relationship with humanity and nature. At the core of this campaign is the new Appaloosa bag, named after the resilient horse breed and conceived as an emblem of strength. McCartney has long made environmental advocacy part of her design ethos; here she plays it with a distinctly equestrian bent, with Jenner as her leading lady. Discover more here. Mateo Carmona

Louis Vuitton Reaches New Heights

Louis Vuitton is taking its love for travel to the slopes this winter, with an LV Ski collection that begins on alpine pistes and ends at après-ski soirées. Shearling, cashmere, and monogram-covered gear meet icy-hued bags, footwear built for snow-covered streets and holographic silver finishes. You can definitely feel a 1990s workwear mood running through the menswear, while the women’s collection leans into fairytale references. And if that didn’t sound intriguing enough, the new LV360 goggles bring an interchangeable lens system into the mix. The altitude clearly hasn’t stopped Louis Vuitton from bringing the full fantasy of the house to the piste. Have a closer look here. MC

Loewe Perfumes Takes A Bite Out Of Banoffee

This new drop is a delectable dessert in an unexpected package. Loewe Perfumes has added a gourmand delight to its usually botanical line of candles: Banoffee, inspired by the very British pudding first served in the early 1970s at The Hungry Monk restaurant in East Sussex. Like the pie, it pairs banana and toffee, built around a rich banana amber accord. Unlit, it smells of soft, ripe banana. Once lit, it deepens into something closer to flambé, all caramelised sugar and honeyed warmth. It comes in a new midi size, in natural wax poured into an ombré glazed terracotta vessel in caramel tones. It’s the closest you’ll get to a slice of pie without the calories, and the vessel is nice enough to keep long after the wick runs out. Anna Reuben

Asics SportStyle Joins Forces With Camiel Fortgens

Running shoe, meet craft table. For the first project under Asics SportStyle’s Crafts for Mind initiative, Amsterdam-based designer Camiel Fortgens has given the Gel-Cumulus 16 the handmade treatment: think irregular stitching, hand-cut overlays and layers of leather patches. There are two versions, both inspired by the simplicity of children’s shoes: a Mary Jane and a Velcro strap style, each keeping the Asics stripes on show. “We wanted to work around the original shoe rather than completely change it,” says Fortgens. The green pairs have already landed at Tillatec in Amsterdam in September, whilst the brown pairs arrive exclusively at Dover Street Market London this month. Part of the proceeds goes to FFort Foundation, which supports the mental wellbeing of young adults with and after cancer through art and storytelling. Take a closer look here. AR

Gap Tap Victoria Beckham For A Wonderfully Wintery Collab

It’s time for round two with Victoria Beckham and Gap, and this time the designer has turned her attention to the winter wardrobe. After a hit spring launch, the duo are back with a 37-piece autumn collection that focuses on texture, proportion and layering. Expect merino turtlenecks, high-necks and wool-cashmere zip sweaters, plus outerwear in the form of an oversized parka, satin bombers and wool-blend Chesterfield coats. On the denim side there are VB’s go-to high-rise straight jeans, low-slung baggy drawstring styles, a latch-collar jacket and a corduroy version or two. The colour palette comes from works in the Doris and Donald Fisher Collection at SFMOMA: charcoal, deep greens, warm browns and vampy reds. It lands on October 23 from 2pm online and in selected stores. Shop here. AR

Gucci Stages Its Latest GucciCore Campaign in New York

Gucci has gone back to basics and brought half of New York along with. Photographed by Peter Funch, the GucciCore campaign gathers groups of people across the city, drawing on the photographer’s long fascination with the individual and the crowd. The campaign looks a lot like the streets themselves, featuring different people, styles and alternate ways of wearing the same clothes. The cruise collection, first shown on the runway in Times Square in May, is conceived in the form of the house’s stylistic language, a core wardrobe of peacoats, trenches, business suits, essential shirts and pencil skirts, with a good measure of Italian glamour alongside, and it unmistakably has Demna‘s hands all over it. Miu Miu And Art Basel Paris Present Geste de Consolation

Art can be both beautiful and occasionally baffling. But for filmmaker Alice Diop, it can also be a source of consolation. For its third year partnering with Art Basel Paris, Miu Miu invited the French director to make her exhibition debut with Geste de Consolation, a multi-faceted project exploring how Black women have been represented throughout art history and how that art continues to inform the present. Taking over the Palais d’Hiver from October 21 to 25, the exhibition features film, photography, sculpture, poetry, dance and live music across four interconnected spaces. Standouts include a library of 296 books from Diop’s personal collection and a monumental bronze sculpture by Simone Leigh. Discover more here. MC

Manasi 7 Drops New Eye and Lip Shades

Why buy an eye pencil and a lip pencil when you can do both? The Swedish beauty label Manasi 7 expands its cult eye and lip definer with three brand new shades, each formed to work across the face. Arenito is a rich, earthy brick influenced by sunbaked clay, ideal for looks that brings warmth to the lips and eyes. Critrino offers a new, lighter look, offering an ivory gold with warm beige undertones for a subtle, luminous finish. Then there’s Pizara, a matte grey that adds depth without going full smoky eye. All three shades are designed to complement a wide range of skin tones, staying true to the brand’s fun, fuss-free, multi-use approach to beauty. Manasi 7 has found a solution for a less cluttered make-up bag. Cop yours here. MC
