STELLA MCCARTNEY
What a wonderful way to spend a sunny morning in Paris at a Stella Happening! Totally made my day watching Stella’s gorgeous smiling girls float down the catwalk, in a relaxed sporty attitude. Bright, upbeat easy and summery. The fabrics enhanced the message, crisp cottons, layered transparency and hints of airtex perforation in moderation hinted at the sportif attitude that was everywhere this season but very much considered in an urban cool girl context. The effortlessness of this style of dressing gives a respite from the usual body-con options (that don’t get me wrong I adore obviously it being my trade mark style) but loved the slouch the masculine confidence of this with slashes of fluro orange and yellow and the bigger oversized tailoring gave us at this show. Like I said a wonderful start to my day hope it continues to be as glorious.
